This complaint was cleared up in a very quick and positive manner.  As soon as I was able to get ahold of the company and explain the situation healing enhancemments went out of their way to make sure they got me the proper gel packs even though they no longer carried them in a very quick manner.  I recieved the new gel packs in about 4 days, that gives a couple weeks before the surgery that I dont have to worry about if I will have the proper supplies for a speedy and comfortable recovery.  I would definatley recommend doing business with healing enhancements to anyone going through a procedure or who knows someone going through a procedure.   

I am very upset because I am getting ready to have a procedure and in my preparation I bought the round cooling packs with the cloth on one side.  When they get to me I look at the listing of whats inside and it has the right item number, but when I pull out the item it is a rectangular frezzer pack that looks nothing like the item or description I saw when I ordered it.  Then when I want to call and speak to someone I cannot because of the hours and the fact that I live in Germany.
