Hi Amanda,

The garment that is going to give you the most compression in these areas is the Strap Torso - Above Knee.  It zips in the front (away from your incisions) and is actually comfortable to wear.

I am having lipo done on my flanks, lower abs, and inner thighs. What garmet gives me the best compression in those areas.
